PRE CARE:

Sunburn sensation immediately afterward is normal

Normal for skin to feel tight, dry and may peel. 

Avoid / minimize sun exposure for 3 days

If series follow up in 4 weeks weeks.

If maintenance follow-up in 3-4 months. 

The alcohol pad in your kit is for you to disinfect your cell phone, glasses and/or sunglasses.

POST CARE: 

Apply repair product (Altar, Neocutis Post Therapy)

Continue several times a day(s) during recovery

 

Night of treatment:

Wash face (with water only) 6 hours or later.

Clean pillow case.

 

Day 1 -24 hours post treatment:

Wash with a gentle cleanser and continue with post care cream. Apply sunscreen every morning and reapply as needed.

 

Day 2 -Resume exercise. Hold off of heat from sauna, jacuzzis or steam baths until day 5. Resume makeup with clean brushes

 

Day 3 - Resume previous skin care EXCEPT acid based and exfoliating products (retinol, salicylic, glycolic, lactic acid and facial scrubs.)

 

Day 5 - Exfoliate your skin gently. You may begin to incorporate all of your skincare products including acid based skincare. 

 

Day 7-10- Skin peeling should be done by now. Keep using a daily spf, vitamin c and retinol to maintain your treatment results!
